Sarah's House Fundraiser
Sarah’s House of Maine is a nine bedroom cancer hospitality house located in Holden, Maine. They provide temporary lodging in a comfortable, “home away from home” environment to cancer patients and their caregivers. The Bangor/Brewer area provides a wide range of support for cancer patients, and clean, comfortable, affordable lodging is essential to their success. At Sarah’s house, they provide that and more. Staff and volunteers strive to create an atmosphere centered around hope and healing. Referred guests are served with integrity and respect without regard to financial resources.

The poem was written by local Glenburn resident Bobby Campbell, as a tribute to his father who passed away in 2014. With the passing of his mother in October of 2020, Bobby wanted to bring the poem to life and recruited local Bangor artist Hunter Law to make it a reality.
They both feel passionate about supporting Sarah's House and hope the funds raised will have a positive impact on patients and caregivers of northern and eastern Maine.
